¿Cómo se formó la operación de IDU?
Ingeniería y Desarrollos Urbanos inicia operaciones en 1977 con un enfoque claro: atender las necesidades reales de construcción en la región.
Los primeros proyectos se desarrollaron en obra local, donde se establecieron criterios técnicos, control de ejecución y una forma de trabajo basada en responsabilidad directa.
Con el tiempo, la operación se amplió hacia proyectos industriales, comerciales, infraestructura y vivienda, manteniendo el mismo enfoque: resolver desde ingeniería, ejecutar con control y entregar con cumplimiento.
Hoy, la empresa continúa bajo dirección familiar. Tres generaciones han mantenido la misma estructura operativa, adaptándose a la escala de los proyectos sin perder control en obra.
