Residential Developments and Third-Party Websites

This site presents the Privada San Andrés and Laguna Residencial residential developments and links to each one's official website for models, sales information, and contact process. IDU does not collect information on this site for the sale of homes. Data entered by users on those sites is processed in accordance with the privacy notice of each development or its sales team, and IDU is not responsible for that processing.

The same applies to WhatsApp, mapping services, social networks, YouTube, and other external platforms: the processing they carry out directly is subject to their own terms and privacy policies. IDU is responsible only for the information it receives and retains through its own service channels.

IDU will seek to ensure that third parties involved in the processing maintain reasonable confidentiality and protection measures. Data will not be sold or marketed as databases.

Data Retention

Personal data will be kept for as long as necessary to handle the request, maintain the business relationship, comply with contractual, administrative, tax, or legal obligations, and resolve potential clarifications. Once those purposes are fulfilled, the data may be blocked or deleted, and will be retained only when a legal obligation requires it.
